Ray-Ban Aviator is the commercial name under which Ray-Ban markets the aviator style of sunglasses, a design originally developed by Bausch and Lomb for American military pilots. Other manufacturers also produce aviator style sunglasses, but the Ray-Ban version is the best known commercial expression of the original design.
