Qualcomm Snapdragon

Snapdragon is Qualcomm's brand for its integrated circuit products, covering systems on chip, cellular modems, and wireless network controllers, typically manufactured by TSMC and Samsung. The first Snapdragon processor launched in November 2007 with a 1 gigahertz CPU, notably faster than the roughly 500 megahertz processors then common in smartphones. Snapdragon chips combine an ARM-based CPU, an Adreno graphics processor, digital signal processors, and often a cellular modem into a single package, and power smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, vehicles, and virtual reality headsets.
