Zijin Mining Group Co., Limited is a publicly traded, partly state-owned mining company headquartered in Longyan, Fujian, China, and one of the largest producers of precious and base metals in the country, with mines and exploration assets across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas, focused mainly on gold, copper and zinc. Established in 1986 as the Shanghang Mineral Company before being restructured into its present form, it trades on both the Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchanges. In fiscal year 2025 the company reported revenue of about 349 billion yuan, roughly US$49.2 billion, net income of about 51.78 billion yuan, and employed around 65,000 people globally.
