YTL Corporation Berhad is a Malaysian multinational company focused on building infrastructure, primarily power generation, water and sewerage services, founded by Yeoh Tiong Lay in 1955. It is listed on Bursa Malaysia and the Tokyo Stock Exchange, where in 1996 it became the first non-Japanese Asian company to list. As of June 2024 the conglomerate held about RM100 billion in total financial capital and 12,627 employees across 11 countries and territories, generating RM29.62 billion in revenue and RM2.12 billion in net income in 2023, with utilities accounting for 71 percent of revenue alongside cement manufacturing and construction and hotel operations.
