Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited is a listed real estate portfolio company and a subsidiary of Wheelock and Company, managing commercial properties and shopping centres across Hong Kong and Singapore, including the Harbour City complex, Times Square, Wheelock House and The Murray in Hong Kong, and Wheelock Place and Scotts Square in Singapore. It also provides intra-city ferry service through subsidiaries. The company was established in 2017 as a spin-off of The Wharf (Holdings), is incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its de facto headquarters in Hong Kong, and is a Hang Seng Index component chaired by Stephen Ng, with Wheelock and Company holding 66.01 percent ownership.
