Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. is an American media and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in New York City, formed in April 2022 through the merger of WarnerMedia, which AT&T spun off after a brief period of ownership, and Discovery, Inc. It brought together the Warner Bros. film and television studio, the HBO premium network and its streaming service, the CNN news network and Discovery's stable of factual and lifestyle cable channels such as Discovery Channel and TLC, becoming one of the largest media companies in the world under founding chief executive David Zaslav.
