Van Pur, formally Browar Van Pur, is a Polish brewing company founded in 1989 by Zbigniew Wantusiak and Siegfried Pura, headquartered in Warsaw. After early ventures in unrelated businesses the company concentrated entirely on brewing and grew into one of the largest beer producers in Poland, holding about 10 percent of the domestic market as the fourth largest brewer in the country, operating five breweries in Jedrzejow, Koszalin, Lomza, Rakszawa and Zabrze with a combined annual capacity of 4 million hectoliters. Its brands include Lomza, Strzelec, BROK, Slaskie and Karpackie beers and malt drinks, and it also supplies private label products to major European retail chains.
