Union Bank of Nigeria Plc is a commercial bank headquartered in Marina, Lagos Island, Lagos, that has operated since 1917. It serves individuals, small and medium-sized companies and large corporations. As of 2022 the bank held total assets of about 6.3 billion US dollars and employed around 2,200 people; in 2023 it was delisted from the Nigerian Stock Exchange following its acquisition and merger with Titan Trust Bank.
