Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE is a shopping center real estate company headquartered in Paris and Amsterdam, formed through the 2018 combination of the French company Unibail-Rodamco, itself formed by a 2007 merger, with the Australian-founded Westfield Group, whose Westfield-branded malls it brought into the combined company. It is one of the largest owners and operators of shopping centers in the world, with major properties across Europe and the United States.
