Trip.com Group Limited is a Chinese multinational travel agency, described as the world's largest online travel service in 2017, with principal executive offices in Singapore and administrative offices in Shanghai, China. Founded in June 1999 by James Liang, Neil Shen, Min Fan and Qi Ji as Ctrip.com International, it took its current name in October 2019 and operates a portfolio of brands including Trip.com, Skyscanner, Ctrip, Qunar and Travix across roughly 200 countries in about 40 languages. It trades on Nasdaq and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and in 2025 reported revenue of $8.925 billion and net income of $4.775 billion with about 43,574 employees, under chairman James Liang and CEO Jane Sun.
