The Lembeck and Betz Eagle Brewing Company was a brewery founded in 1869 by Henry B. Lembeck and John F. Betz in Jersey City, New Jersey. It grew into one of the fourth largest breweries in New Jersey, and its brewery complex, added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, stood until it was demolished in 1997.
