Thatchers Cider is a family-owned British cider maker founded in 1904 by William Thatcher in Sandford, North Somerset, England, and still run by the Thatcher family, with Martin Thatcher becoming managing director in 1992. The company maintains 500 acres of orchards, including an exhibition orchard of more than 458 apple varieties, and its processing facility can handle 500 tonnes of apples a day at peak season; it also operates the UK's largest blackcurrant processing facility, supplying fruit for Ribena.
