Telecom Argentina S.A. is one of Argentina's major telecommunications providers, formed in 1990 during the country's privatization of state-owned utilities and headquartered in Buenos Aires. It serves the northern part of the country, including all of Buenos Aires, offering fixed-line telephone service, mobile service under the Personal brand, cable modem service under Fibertel, and cable television now branded Flow. The company trades as TECO2 on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and as TEO on the New York Stock Exchange, is a MERVAL index component, and as of 2019 was owned chiefly by Fintech Telecom LLC, Cablevision Holding S.A. and VLG S.A.U. alongside public shareholders; in December 2025 it announced plans to unify its consumer branding under the Personal name while keeping Telecom Argentina S.A. as its corporate name.
