Sprenger Brewery, also known as the Excelsior Brewery Complex, was a brewing business built by John Abraham Sprenger at 125-131 East King Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, established around 1857 with major expansions in 1873 and around 1910. The brewery complex, built in the Second Empire architectural style, is recognized as an important example of nineteenth and early twentieth century industrial brewing architecture in the Lancaster area, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 27, 1979.
