Sky México, legally Corporacion Novavision S. DE R.L. DE C.V., is a direct broadcast satellite television service provider operating in Mexico, Central America and the Dominican Republic from its headquarters in Mexico City, formed on July 25, 1996 as a joint venture among Sky, News Corporation, Liberty Media and Grupo Televisa before launching commercially that December. Grupo Televisa took full ownership after AT&T agreed in 2024 to divest its 58.7 percent stake, and the service commanded a 59 percent share of Mexico's subscription television market as of 2022.
