Scarlet is a Belgian low-cost telecom brand of the Proximus Group, established in 1992, that offers fixed and mobile telephony, fixed internet and digital television services. Originally founded in the Netherlands, it became active in Belgium in 1997 and has been part of the Proximus Group since February 2008.
