Ramp Business Corporation is a financial technology company headquartered in New York City, with additional offices in Miami and San Francisco, offering corporate charge cards, expense management and bill-payment services. It was founded in March 2019 by Eric Glyman, Karim Atiyeh and Gene Lee and officially launched in February 2020; Glyman and Atiyeh had previously co-founded the price-tracking app Paribus, which was acquired by Capital One in 2016. Ramp developed its product after its founders consulted about 100 finance professionals about inefficiencies in how businesses collect and log expenses. As of June 2026 the company had approximately 1,200 employees, a valuation of 44 billion dollars, and 1 billion dollars in annualized revenue.
