Prologis, Inc. is a real estate investment trust headquartered in San Francisco, California, that invests in logistics facilities. Formed through the 2011 merger of AMB Property Corporation and Prologis, it became the largest industrial real estate company in the world, and as of 2025 it operates more than 15,000 land acres and over 6,000 buildings comprising about 1.3 billion square feet across 20 countries, serving about 6,600 tenants with warehouses located close to major urban areas where land is scarce.
