Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen, also known as PZU, is a publicly traded insurance company and a component of the WIG30 stock market index. It is Poland's biggest and oldest insurance company, headquartered in Warsaw, and is also the largest financial institution in Poland and the largest insurance company in Central and Eastern Europe.
