Phase 4 Films was a Canadian independent film distribution company headquartered in Toronto, with U.S. branches in Los Angeles and Fort Mill, South Carolina, and a subsidiary, Kaboom! Entertainment, focused on children's media marketing. Founder Berry Meyerowitz built the company from Telegenic, a business he purchased in 2000 and rebranded as Kaboom! Entertainment, then relaunched as Phase 4 Films in April 2009 after buying back North American distribution rights. Entertainment One acquired Phase 4 Films on June 2, 2014, and folded its operations into the parent company by 2015.
