Otter Tail Corporation

Otter Tail Corporation is an American diversified holding company headquartered in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, taking its name from the local Otter Tail River and Otter Tail County. Its principal subsidiary, Otter Tail Power Company, is a regulated electric utility that has served customers across Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota since the early twentieth century. Alongside its core electric utility business, Otter Tail Corporation also owns a group of manufacturing businesses, giving the company a mix of regulated utility earnings and industrial manufacturing operations under one corporate parent.
