The Organic Cocoa Production and Export Cooperative, known by its Portuguese abbreviation CECAB, is a cooperative in Sao Tome and Principe made up of 42 smallholders associations representing around 3,000 cocoa farmers. Founded in July 2004 and based in Sao Tome, it is the largest cocoa producer in the country and supplies organic cocoa to the French chocolate manufacturer Kaoka.
