ONE Gas, Inc. is an American natural gas utility company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, formed in 2014 when it was spun off from ONEOK, Inc. as an independent, publicly traded company. It distributes natural gas to more than two million customers across Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas through its Oklahoma Natural Gas, Kansas Gas Service and Texas Gas Service subsidiaries.
