Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, known as OCBC Bank, is a Singaporean multinational banking and financial services company formed on October 31, 1932 through the merger of the Chinese Commercial Bank, Ho Hong Bank and Oversea Chinese Bank. Headquartered at OCBC Centre, it held 625.1 billion Singapore dollars in assets at the end of 2024, making it the second largest bank in Southeast Asia by that measure, with more than 400 branches and representative offices across 19 countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. The bank trades on the Singapore Exchange, and the Lee Kong Chian family has held roughly 28 percent of its shares for nearly a century.
