Northam Holdings, formerly known as Northam Platinum, is a South African platinum group metal producer headquartered in Johannesburg. Founded in 1977 and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange under the ticker NPH, the company mines and processes platinum, palladium, and rhodium for the automotive and jewelry industries through its three wholly owned mines, Zondereinde, Booysendal, and Eland, together with a smelter and base metals removal plant. In its 2025 financial year Northam reported revenue of R32.901 billion, net income of R1.487 billion, and total assets of R58.076 billion, and employed 23,783 people, with the Public Investment Corporation as its largest shareholder at 20.93 percent, followed by Coronation Asset Management at 10.47 percent and Ninety One Limited at 6.9 percent.
