Nestle is a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland, the largest publicly held food company in the world by revenue since 2014. It was formed in 1905 by the merger of the Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company with Farine Lactee Henri Nestle, founded by Henri Nestle in 1867, and its many brands with over a billion Swiss francs in annual sales each include Nescafe, KitKat and Nespresso.
