NEPI Rockcastle is a real estate company that owns and operates shopping centres across Central and Eastern Europe, with sixty properties that attracted 354 million visitors in 2025. The group was formed in a 2017 merger between NEPI, founded in 2007, and Rockcastle, a Polish and Czech real estate company, creating what became the region's largest retail real estate operation. Its properties are spread across eight countries, including Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia and Lithuania, and its investment portfolio was valued at 8.2 billion euros as of December 2025. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, having relocated there in 2022 from South Africa. It runs an integrated in-house platform covering asset management, development, investment, leasing and financial functions, distributes at least 90 percent of its distributable earnings to shareholders twice a year, and carries investment grade credit ratings from Standard and Poor's and from Fitch.
