Motiva, formerly known as CCR and as Companhia de Concessoes Rodoviarias, is a Brazilian transportation company founded in 1999 and headquartered in Sao Paulo, with interests in private interstate highway concessions, airport operations and metro systems in Brazil and other countries. It manages nine subsidiary concession holders through a public private business model for toll road operation, controlling around 3,000 kilometers of toll roads through six major concessions, and is the largest highways operator in Latin America. Through various subsidiaries it also runs metro lines in Sao Paulo and Salvador and operates multiple airports in Brazil and abroad. The company rebranded from CCR to Motiva in April 2025.
