Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, commonly known as Morgan Lewis, is a U.S. based white shoe international law firm founded in Philadelphia on March 10, 1873, by Civil War veteran Charles Eldridge Morgan Jr. and Francis Draper Lewis. Headquartered at 2222 Market Street in Philadelphia, the firm operates 33 offices across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, employing about 2,000 attorneys and generating 3.01 billion dollars in revenue in 2024. It advises clients across energy, financial services, technology, and life sciences, representing close to 90 percent of Fortune 100 companies, and is led by Jami Wintz McKeon, its first female chair, elected in 2014.
