Molson Coors Beverage Company is a Canadian-American multinational drink and brewing company formed through the 2005 merger of the historic Canadian brewer Molson and the American brewer Coors, and it ranks as the fifth-largest brewer in the world by beer output. Its operational headquarters are in Chicago for its Americas segment and in Prague for its EMEA segment, while its principal executive offices are located in Golden, Colorado, and Montréal, Québec.
