Left Hand Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Longmont, Colorado, founded in 1993 by Dick Doore and Eric Wallace, who first incorporated as Indian Peaks Brewing Company before renaming it Left Hand in honor of Chief Niwot. It serves the North American market with bottled beer, kegs and seasonal offerings, producing about 65,879 barrels in 2013, and its Milk Stout Nitro, introduced in 2011, became its most popular product.
