LATAM Airlines Group S.A. is a Chilean airline holding company headquartered in Santiago, formed in 2012 through the merger of Chile's LAN Airlines and Brazil's TAM Airlines. It is the largest airline group in Latin America, operating passenger and cargo services across the region and internationally, and is a member of the Oneworld airline alliance.
