Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, known as KLK, is a Malaysian multinational company whose core business is oil palm and rubber plantations covering more than 250,000 hectares in Malaysia and Indonesia. It was founded in 1906 as The Kuala Lumpur Rubber Company, Limited, and has since expanded into manufacturing, property development and retail. KLK is Malaysia's third-largest palm oil producer, employs about 38,000 people, is listed on Bursa Malaysia under ticker 2445, and was ranked 1858th in the 2013 Forbes Global 2000.
