Koc Holding is a Turkish industrial and financial conglomerate headquartered in Istanbul, founded on 31 May 1926 by Vehbi Koc and today Turkey's largest corporation by revenue, ranked on the Fortune Global 500 as of 2024. Its roughly 113 companies and 124,000 employees span banking, energy, automotive and household appliances, including the appliance maker Arcelik, the Tupras oil refining business, Yapi Kredi bank, the automaker Ford Otosan, and the energy companies Aygaz and Opet; the conglomerate's exports account for about 7 percent of Turkey's total exports. Koc Holding trades on Borsa Istanbul and remains controlled by the Koc family.
