Jordan Brewery was a brewery in Jordan, Minnesota, established in 1861 by Frank Nicolin and his sons. Ownership changed hands before the 1870s and the business became better known as Schutz and Kaiser, and in 1902 the partnership became Schutz and Hilgers; under these successive owners the brewery operated continuously from 1861 to 1948. The complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 as a significant example of nineteenth century industrial architecture in Scott County. A fire heavily damaged the structure in 1954, leaving it vacant for decades, and a 2014 mudslide caused further damage to the site; as of 2021 a medical cannabis dispensary operates on the property.
