Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, generally known by its initials JLL, is an American commercial real estate services and investment management company headquartered at the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois. It was formed in its current shape on March 16, 1999, through a 435 million dollar merger of LaSalle Partners with the British firm Jones Lang Wootton, whose own history as a London property auctioneer traces back to 1783. JLL provides property and investment management, leasing, sales, project management, and real estate technology services to institutional investors, corporations, and individual clients worldwide.
