Iveco Group N.V. is an Italian commercial vehicle manufacturer headquartered in Turin that designs and builds light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles. It was founded on January 1, 1975 through the merger of five vehicle brands, Fiat Veicoli Industriali, OM, Lancia Veicoli Speciali, Unic and Magirus-Deutz. The company runs production plants across Europe, China, Australia and Latin America, sells into about 160 countries, and builds roughly 150,000 commercial vehicles a year. It was spun off from CNH Industrial on January 1, 2022 and trades on the Italian stock exchange; in July 2025 it announced that its commercial vehicle business would be acquired by Tata Motors while its defense operations would be sold to Leonardo.
