Infratil is a New Zealand infrastructure investment company that owns and operates assets in renewable energy, digital infrastructure, airports and healthcare, with operations across New Zealand, Australia, Asia, the United States and Europe. Founded in 1994 by the late merchant banker Lloyd Morrison and headquartered in Wellington, it is managed and administered by Morrison and Co and is one of the world's earliest listed infrastructure investment funds. It is listed on the New Zealand stock exchange and, since July 2025, has also been included in the S&P/ASX 200 Index.
