Huerlimann Brewery was a Swiss beer manufacturer established in 1836 by Hans Heinrich Huerlimann, Dr. Staub and Maximilian Schenkenberg, originally founded in Feldbach near Hombrechtikon before operating in Zurich. The brewery became one of the largest and most successful in Switzerland until it ceased operations in 1996, when it was merged with Feldschloesschen, ultimately owned by Carlsberg; at the time of its closure it employed approximately 250 people and was renowned for its scientific approach to yeast development and for producing specialty beers, most notably the high-alcohol Samichlaus brew.
