Huayi Brothers Media Corp is a Chinese entertainment conglomerate founded in 1994 by brothers Wang Zhongjun and Wang Zhonglei. The company built its reputation through film and television production, particularly its collaborations with directors Feng Xiaogang and Jiang Wen on Chinese New Year films, and later expanded into talent management, music and fashion. It listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext board in 2009 and grew into one of China's leading entertainment companies during the 2000s, though it has reported losses in more recent years following industry-wide setbacks.
