Howden Joinery Group Plc, trading as Howdens, is a British supplier of kitchens and joinery products to the building trade, headquartered in London. It was established in 1995 by Matthew Ingle as a business unit of MFI Furniture Group plc, and it now operates more than 900 depots across the United Kingdom and Ireland plus additional sites in France and Belgium under the Howdens Cuisines brand, manufacturing cabinets and related products at facilities in Howden, Runcorn and Thorne. The company has grown through acquisitions, including the 2022 purchase of Sheridan Fabrications to expand its higher-end kitchen range, and is listed on the London Stock Exchange as a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.
