Hair of the Dog Brewing Company was a brewery in the Buckman neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, established in 1993 and closed on June 26, 2022. It specialized in uncommon beer styles for its time, including Adambier and very strong barley wines, many of them bottle conditioned to continue developing after packaging.
