Grupa Kety is a Polish company headquartered in Kety, and a leading producer of aluminium products. It traces its origin to 21 July 1953, when it was established as Zaklady Metali Lekkich Kety, the Kety Light Metals Plant, with the launch of its Foundry Department. The company was privatized with the American investment fund Enterprise Investors as its main shareholder, and its shares began trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in January 1996 under the ZML Kety name. In 2000 the company adopted its current name, Grupa Kety, reflecting its evolution into a capital group of companies built around aluminium processing.
