Fukuoka Financial Group, Inc. is a Japanese multinational financial holding company formed in 2007 from the merger of the Fukuoka Bank and the Kumamoto Bank. Based in Fukuoka, it is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Fukuoka Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the Nikkei 225 index.
