The Flint and Holly Railroad was an American railroad company chartered on 3 January 1863, originally as the Flint and Fentonville Railroad, by the lumber merchant and future Michigan governor Henry H Crapo. It completed a rail line from Flint, Michigan, to Holly, Michigan, on 1 November 1864, and operated in partnership with the Detroit and Milwaukee Railway to reach the Brush Street Station in Detroit. In 1868 it was acquired by the Flint and Pere Marquette Railroad, ending its independent operation; his son William W Crapo went on to serve as an official of the acquiring company until 1903. Its original route is now part of CSX Saginaw Subdivision.
