Fitch Ratings, Inc. is an American-British credit rating agency, one of the three nationally recognized statistical rating organizations designated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Alongside Moody's and S&P Global Ratings, it is considered one of the Big Three credit rating agencies that assess the creditworthiness of governments, corporations and financial instruments worldwide.
