FinecoBank is an Italian bank that specializes in online brokerage. It launched in 1999 as the Fineco Online service for retail traders, became a publicly listed company in 2014, and separated from the UniCredit banking group in 2019. It operates mainly in Italy and the United Kingdom, serves more than a million customers, belongs to the FTSE MIB index of the Borsa Italiana, and is directly supervised by the European Central Bank as a Significant Institution.
