Ferrovias S.A.C. is a privately owned Argentine transport company, headquartered in Buenos Aires, that took over a rail operating concession on 1 April 1994 as successor to FEMESA and is now a subsidiary of Grupo Emepa. Its core business is the Belgrano Norte Line, a metre-gauge commuter rail service serving Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires across 23 stations, which carried 45.8 million passengers in 2008; from 2004 to 2014 the company also participated in the UGOFE consortium managing additional lines, and it operated the Puerto Madero Tramway from 2007 to 2012. In 2015 Ferrovias introduced air-conditioned Alerce railcars with Wi-Fi and security cameras for express service, and the company has also expanded internationally to operate the Lima Metro in Peru.
