It was founded in 1978 by Howard Wille and Chuck Snyder, whose partnership began the previous year while both worked on Wall Street at Faulkner, Dawkins & Sullivan. The company provides integrated financial data and software to investment professionals, competing with vendors including Bloomberg L.P., LSEG and S&P Global.
