The company moved its legal domicile to the Netherlands in 2016 and transferred its stock listing from Milan to Amsterdam in 2022, and today is headquartered in Amsterdam. Giovanni Agnelli B.V., representing the extended Agnelli family, controls about 56.93 percent of outstanding shares and exercises 86 percent of voting rights through a loyalty voting structure.
